Think where man’s glory most begins and ends, and say my glory was I had such friends.”
-W.B. Yeats
The Clans gathered from near and far in the Wild’s of Co. Kerry, at the foothills of the Macgillycuddy Reeks. A melange of Jewish and Irish heritage, Marianna and Sam celebrated their rustic and colourful boutique wedding at the elegant Churchtown House, a gorgeous manor house in the South-West of Ireland. The sound of untethered children’s laughter setting the score for this gorgeous natural celebration. Their Humanist ceremony was held on the grounds of Churchtown house surrounded by friends, full of fun and laughter.
After a quick rally around the grounds with the golf buggies on hand, we captured some gorgeous imagery with one half of the photography team Sean and Kate, showcasing the beautiful mountainous surroundings and off we were in search of a party! With the reception held in Killorglin’s beautifully converted church venue, Churchtown house the party went long into the night!
This beautiful couple strengthened their vows by tying the knot, stepping on the Chuppah and dancing long into the night shouting Mazel TOV! Surrounded by love and laughter, this film is a true display of Marianna and Sam’s love for each other.
Up the Wedding! Up the Kingdom! Mazel Tov!
It was incredibly important for us to capture the magic of this wedding day as it is still a day that inspires shivers of joy when we think about it. We wanted the music to reflect the “melange” of personalities and excitement that the day had. There was a sense of mischief and madness in no small doses and undeniably injected into the day by the army of sugar-loaded flower girls and page boys running a-muck in the grounds. It was a day full of colour, from the style of the guests to the flowers to the setting season of summer and the personalities who came out to shine with Marianna & Sam.
